Part-Time Cleaner – Office Building (Monday to Friday)

Location: BGW Group - Pinkenba
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time Employee
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 6:00pm (30 hours per week)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This position is based at a single office building, providing consistency and a reliable work environment with no travel between sites required.

About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional office environment. The successful candidate will take pride in their work and be committed to delivering high cleaning standards throughout the building.

Key Responsibilities

- Vacuuming carpeted areas

- Mopping and cleaning hard floor surfaces

- Dusting desks, furniture, and common areas

- Cleaning kitchens, lunchrooms, and staff amenities

- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms and washrooms

- Emptying rubbish and recycling bins

- Cleaning internal glass and touchpoints

- Restocking consumables such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels

- Maintaining cleanliness in meeting rooms, reception areas,



and common spaces

- Reporting maintenance issues or supply requirements as required

- Cleaning of onsite gym (including all gym equipment)

- Following workplace health and safety procedures

About You

- Previous commercial or office cleaning experience preferred but not essential

- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently

- Good communication skills

- Must have the right to work in Australia

- Police check (or willingness to obtain one) may be required
