You'll work alongside caseworkers, carers, and family members within a multidisciplinary team to wrap the right support around every child.Whether you're fully registered or provisionally registered,



you'll be supported by experienced senior clinicians who are passionate about excellence in care.This is a full time role, 5 days per week based across Liverpool and Rosebery.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesConduct a range of psychological assessments across the lifespanPrepare clear, timely reports to guide care decisions and court proceedingsProvide trauma-informed and evidenced based counselling to children, parents and carersContribute to the development and review of Behaviour Support PlansDeliver psycho-education and support to carers and families around attachment and behaviourEngage in collaborative care planning with caseworkers and external providersParticipate in supervision, reflective practice and clinical development initiativesTake part in service reviews, quality projects and knowledge sharing across the teamValid NSW Working with Children's Check – Paid WorkerNSW Driver's Licence – minimum Provisional 2 (or equivalent)Natitional Criminal History check upon commencementSkills and ExperienceProvisional or General registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Strong understanding of trauma, attachment and child developmentFamiliarity with a range of psychometric tools and therapeutic frameworksHigh-level clinical writing and communication skillsCommitment to culturally responsive, family-centred practiceAbility to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced settingGenuine interest in improving outcomes for Aboriginal children and families
