Coogee Diggers is seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Club Venue Manager to lead our venue operations and deliver exceptional service across our restaurant, bar, and events spaces.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a hospitality professional with proven experience managing licensed venues and large teams.
You will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and work collaboratively with our Head Chef, Event Manager, and Bar Manager to ensure seamless service and solid financial results.About the RoleAs Venue Manager, you will be responsible for:Overseeing all day-to-day venue operationsLeading, mentoring, and developing staff across multiple departmentsRecruitment, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planningRostering and effective labour cost managementStaff performance management and team developmentStock control, ordering,
