and records with precisionCoordinate timetables, consultations, assessments, and campus eventsSupport smooth communication between students, families, teachers, and managersProvide accurate guidance on academic programs and pathwaysAssist with student success initiatives, marketing activities, and community engagementContribute to daily campus operations and continuous improvement initiativesWork HoursMonday to Friday: Between 1:00 PM to 9:0 PM (based on operational needs)Saturday to Sunday: Between 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (based on operational needs)Flexible arrangements available for full-time, part time, or casual staffWhat We OfferFull-time salary: 55,000 to 65,000 per annum (experience-based)Part-time / Casual: 26 to 32 per hourStructured onboarding and ongoing professional developmentClear pathways into senior Student Success, Operations, or leadership rolesExposure to premium education brands and executive-level operationsA collaborative, multicultural, and student-focused workplaceAt JPI Global, we invest in people who invest in students.You will gain access to:Training in student management and enrolment systemsWorkshops in leadership, compliance, and education administrationCross-training across marketing, events, and student success initiativesMentorship from senior managers and leadership teamThis role is intentionally designed as a career-building position, not a static job.What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years' experience in student services, administration, or customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skills (multilingual ability highly regarded)High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfident with MS Office and student management / database systemsProactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindsetGenuine commitment to student success and organisational excellenceValid Australian work rights (citizenship, PR, or appropriate visa)
