Key responsibilities include:Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliersDriving quality,



programme and safety outcomesLeading toolbox talks and site meetingsBuilding relationships with clients, consultants and external stakeholdersLiaising with councils, statutory authorities and other external stakeholdersLeading, mentoring and developing your site teamAbout YouYou'll have:A trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction (or similar)Strong experience across fit out, refurbishment and new build projects within the hospitality, retail and commercial sectorsExperience managing projects involving councils and other external stakeholdersStrong leadership, communication and organisational skillsWhite Card and First Aid/CPR certification
