Key responsibilities for chef positions include but are not limited to:
Creativity and passion for the industry
Ability or willingness to understand all financial requirements including weekly budgets, and food costings
Generating and assist in menu ideas
Assist in the management of the kitchen and staff in accordance to company standards
Maintaining an effective communication channel between yourself and the head chef and restaurant manager
Display leadership qualities that will inspire your team of kitchen staff
Successful applicants must have:
Experience in high quality food
A flexible approach to their work
Available to work a variety of shifts
Function & high volume experience
Strong leadership abilities
Residency or a Visa that allows employment in Australia
