Hunter New England Local Health District – Waratah NSWWe're looking for a dynamic WHS Prevention and Education Lead to analyse organisational risk, identify skill gaps, and design training strategies that strengthen our people's safety and wellbeing across Hunter New England Local Health District.
The preferred location for this role is the Waratah Campus however, for the right candidate, a location elsewhere within the Hunter New England district will be considered.In this role, you'll:Analyse workforce data to identify emerging risks, training needs and skill gapsDevelop, monitor and evaluate WHS and wellbeing education programsLiaise and partner with leaders across multiple sites to support workforce safety initiativesCoordinate and oversee training programs in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholdersUse your strong communication and influencing skills to advocate for projects, overcome barriers,
