This role will play an important part in helping the business understand performance, improve decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.Assisting with budgets, forecasts and longer-term planningProducing regular management reporting,



commentary and performance analysisAnalysing financial results and explaining key movements against budget and forecastWorking closely with operational teams to provide commercial support and financial insightsHighlighting business risks, trends and opportunitiesPreparing financial models, business cases and scenario analysisSupporting month-end reporting and reviewing P&L; performanceContributing to improvements across reporting, systems and finance processesProviding ad hoc analysis to support senior stakeholders and business decisionsTo be a successful candidate for this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with 4+ years of experience as an Analyst or Accountant, either in retail company or at a Big 4 or 2nd-tier accounting firm.
You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, strong attention to detail and organisational skills, and a positive attitude.
