About the Role
As an Educator, you will work closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader in your centre.
You will help create fun, meaningful, and inclusive learning experiences that support children's learning, creativity, wellbeing, and development.
As an Educator, you will:




Support children's learning, creativity, wellbeing, and developmentBuild positive relationships with children, families, and team membersHelp create a safe, caring, and engaging environmentSupport learning programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Assist with observations, programming, and documentationWork with other educators to create play-based learning experiencesSupport children's emotional wellbeing and developmentTalk with families about children's learning and progressTake part in centre events and family activitiesFollow child-safe practices and professional behaviour at all timesReport any child safety concerns quickly and appropriatelyHelp create a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CareKnowledge of the EYLF and National Quality StandardsA genuine passion for working with childrenA warm, caring, and positive approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsA willingness to learn and grow professionallyConfidence contributing to programming and documentationAn interest in creativity, the arts, and play-based learningReliability, professionalism,



and a positive attitudeA commitment to child safety and inclusive practicesA current Working With Children CheckCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
Highly Desirable
Experience working in early childhood educationConfidence supporting children's emotional wellbeingExperience contributing to programming and reflective practiceAn interest in nature play and creative learning experiences
