This is your opportunity to learn the industry, build your own broker network and grow into a high‐performing BDM.What you'll be doingBuilding and growing relationships with finance brokersBecoming a trusted contact for loan scenarios, pricing and structuringGenerating recent business through calls, meetings,



networking and outreachManaging your own pipeline and working towards monthly sales targetsFollowing up consistently and converting opportunities into settled loansWorking closely with credit and settlements to get deals funded quicklyWhat we're looking forExperience in sales, finance, mortgage broking, banking or real estateStrong communication skills and confidence speaking with brokersCommercial awareness and the ability to build relationshipsDrive, resilience and a genuine hunger to succeedStrong organisation and disciplined follow‐upA competitive mindset and willingness to be measured against targetsExperience in non‐bank lending or private credit is preferred, but not essential.We are more interested in your attitude, work ethic and ability to learn quickly.Why join Archer Wealth?
