What You'll Be Doing
Recordand track sales activity using company systems
Usemanufacturer programs to grow market share
Promoteproducts and services to meet sales targets
Buildlong-term customer relationships
Stayinformed on competitors and industry trends
Conductfield demos and operate machinery on-site
Assessused equipment for trade-in value
Workwith Sales Manager/Admin to manage orders
Followup with customers to ensure satisfaction
Coordinateequipment delivery and pickup
Provideexpert support to customers and partners
Supporta culture of safety and continuous improvement
Manageinventory and monthly stock takes
Assistin coordinating events and shows that we regularly attend
Workingwith an engaged team,



providing the best possible customer service
What We're Looking For
Priorsales experience and/or training (John Deere range of products preferredbut not essential)
Solidunderstanding of local market conditions.
Knowledgeof resale values of particular machinery.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Excellentcustomer service skills.
Asolid team member that enjoys collaboration between Parts, Sales andService
Beinga strong problem solver and one that is able to think on run.
