About the Role
This is a key leadership role responsible for the clinical, operational and financial performance oof two small 25 bed facilities in Regional NSW.




You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and a positive team culture.
Key responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across both facilities
Lead, mentor and develop clinical and non-clinical teams
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation
Drive a strong culture of person-centred care and safety
Manage budgets, occupancy and overall site performance
Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
Lead continuous improvement and accreditation readiness
