We take pride in offering barefoot luxury, ensuring unforgettable moments for both guests and staff in our stunning coastal paradise.We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Managerto lead and inspire our team at Azure Bar and Grill, the heart of our resort's dining experience.Rather than running a section, our Duty Managers are hands-on leaders who support, mentor, and coordinate the floor team.
You will work closely with section waiters, runners, and hosts to ensure smooth service flow, strong communication, and memorable guest experiences.This is a full-time, permanent position across a 7-day rotating roster, offering long-term stability, explicit structure, and genuine opportunities for growth within a supportive leadership team.
We are seeking someone who is looking to commit and grow with us, therefore this role is not suitable for working holiday visa holders,
