You will manage end-to-end reactive service cases from logging to resolution and act as the primary customer contact via phone and email.You will coordinate daily with field service technicians, finance, and production teams, maintaining customer portals and helping with service reports and KPI data.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset and IT system proficiency are essential.
