Uniting on the Central Coast is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to provide adaptable psychosocial supports for adults in the CLS program.
You will work with a Team Leader to help consumers transition from hospital to community and build greater independence.The role emphasizes recovery-oriented practice, person-centred care, and strong collaboration with local health and community services.
Office is Tuggerah; 38 hours per week with weekdays hours.
