7+ years of proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement solutions in enterprise environments.
Robust expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform with hands on experience across design, customization, and delivery.
Extensive experience implementing and supporting Customer Insights - Journeys, including real-time and outbound journey orchestration.
Proven capability in customer segmentation, personalization, marketing automation, lead management, and campaign execution.
Strong experience managing multi-channel customer communications across email, SMS, and engagement workflows.
Skilled in customer engagement analytics, reporting,



and performance optimization for marketing and customer journey initiatives.
Demonstrated success integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise platforms, third-party systems, and customer engagement channels.
Proven ability to mentor development teams and lead technical delivery in Agile project environments.
