My Community Health is seeking talented and driven Community Occupational Therapist to join our established dedicated In-Home Nursing Team, servicing the Central Coast regions.As a part-time Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, high-quality Occupational Therapist services to the local community.

My Community Health supports client referrals from private, aged care and NDIS sectors.Join our established team in this quick growth stage to set yourself up for career progression.What you'll be doingConduct thorough initial assessments to develop customised treatment plans for each client.Deliver a range of interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programsCollaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, coordinated careMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulationsParticipate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay informed of industry best practicesChampion a client-centred approach, advocating for the unique needs and goals of each individualWhat we're looking forTertiary qualification in Occupational Therapist and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Occupational Therapist,



preferably in a community or outpatient settingDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teamsExcellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practicePassion for promoting health, wellbeing, and independence in the local communityFlexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentMust have Australian working rightsWhat we offerAt My Community Health, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
