NSW Health, Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals, is seeking a Pastoral Care Coordinator to lead the Pastoral Care Volunteer Program across two busy hospital campuses and to enhance the patient experience through spiritual, emotional and pastoral support for people of all faiths and cultures.You will lead recruitment, education and supervision of volunteers, promote best-practice pastoral care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community faith leaders to create an workplace
