We are seeking an enthusiastic Rubbish Removal Driver/Labourer to join our team at The Rubbish Taxi.
This casual position is responsible for efficiently and safely transporting and disposing of waste and recycling materials for our customers in the local area.What you'll be doingDriving a rubbish removal truck to collect waste and recycling from residential and commercial propertiesAssisting with the loading and unloading of waste and recyclablesMaintaining the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the vehicleProviding excellent customer service and following safety protocols at all timesAdhering to all relevant environmental regulations and disposal requirementsCollaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and timely service deliveryWhat we're looking forA valid C class driver's licence and experience operating light commercial vehiclesA strong work ethic and commitment to safetyThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamGood communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of waste management and recycling best practicesReliable and punctual with a flexible approach to schedulingA minimum of 3-5 years of manual driving experience is requiredPrevious experience in rubbish removal or demolition is preferred but not essentialWhat we offerAs part of The Rubbish Taxi' team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, access to training and development opportunities, and the chance to be part of a growing and dynamic company.
