Patients often leave a consultation with a treatment plan - your role is to help them understand it, and follow it confidently through clear education and appropriate home care routines.About the RoleThis is a patient-facing role combining reception and retail support in a clinical environment.You will act as the link between the clinician and the patient after their appointment.
In addition to reinforcing clinician recommendations, you will develop and guide patients through an appropriate home-care routine within clinic protocols, selecting products that support their treatment plan where items have not already been prescribed.This is not transactional retail.
Your role is to help patients understand what to use, why it matters, and how it supports their treatment outcomes.Success in this position is measured by patient confidence, home-care and treatment plan compliance,
