We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a team that values craftsmanship.You'll ideally have:5+ years' hands‐on cabinet making experience (Trade Qualification required)Proven experience in commercial joinery projectsThe ability to confidently read and interpret plansStrong experience operating woodworking machinery safely and accuratelyA sharp eye for detail and the mindset to get it right the first timeThe ability to work independently while also being a supportive team playerA reliable, positive attitude—you show up on time, take pride in your work,
