This is a permanent full time role and with one day work from home once up to speed.About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:Ensure efficient input and management of the Creditors Docusmart systemProcessing and payment of supplier invoices, including reconciling to Supplier's statement in a timely and skilled mannerEnsure supplier invoices are processed and paid in compliance to company policies.Follow up on supplier queriesMaintain an audit trail of changes to the supplier file and ensure exceptions reports areproduced for these changes for review by authorized ManagersPrepare reports to assist the Accounting Team for review and analysis of overhead spend to budget and forecasts as requiredAssist the Finance Manager with account reconciliations(on a monthly and quarterly basis for select reconciliations as specified by the Finance Manager)Provide assistance where required for deal costingMaintain an efficient filing and data recovery systemIdentify opportunities for improved accounting processesEnsure all till floats and petty cash tins are reconciled and counted monthly - any discrepancies are to be reported to managementAd-hoc administration tasks as requiredIdeal ProfileDiploma / Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent work experience1 year or more related accounts payable experienceExperience in automotive industry is a MUST HAVEIntermediate Excel knowledgeExcellent problem solving skillsGreat verbal and written skillsExperience with large ERP systems which are in line within the automotive industry - Pentana, Titan, RevolutionPermanent full time opportunity$75,000 - $80,000 + Super (can go slightly higher based on experience)One day work from home once up to speedOnsite parking providedSydney locationGreat team culture and work life balance*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted due to the high volume of applications*
