This role works Monday to Friday, day shift only.About the RoleThe Clinical Nurse provides clinical leadership and oversight across the facility, supporting best practice care delivery, mentoring nursing and care staff, and ensuring clinical governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
The role works collaboratively with the Clinical Manager, Facility Manager and multidisciplinary teams to promote excellence in care outcomes and resident wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership and expert guidance to nursing and care teamsOversee clinical care delivery, documentation,



and compliance with legislative and accreditation requirementsSupport assessment, care planning, and evaluation of resident careLead and participate in clinical audits, incident management, and quality improvement initiativesMentor, coach, and support staff development and capabilityContribute to a positive, respectful, and professional workplace culture in accordance with our valuesAbout YouTo be successful, you will have:Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseBachelor of Nursing completedDemonstrated experience in residential aged careStrong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance requirementsProven leadership skills with the ability to support and influence teamsExcellent communication, organisational, and clinical assessment skillsA commitment to resident dignity, choice, and person-centred careFurther studies in Gerontology are advantageous
