You will support physicians by handling calls, scheduling appointments, processing referrals, and managing patient records with confidentiality.The role requires robust front-desk skills, accuracy in billing and data entry, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Genie PMS is preferred, and evidence of WWCC, NPC checks, and immunization is expected.
