GenesisCare is looking for a Patient Services Officer (Medical Receptionist) to join our supportive team at the North Shore Health Hub in St Leonards.As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in their treatment journey.
You'll provide exceptional customer service and administrative support while helping create a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience for every patient who walks through our doors.Working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you'll be part of an organisation committed to delivering exceptional care and improving the lives of people affected by cancer.This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, with no late nights or weekend shifts.If you're an organised, patient-focused professional who enjoys working in a busy environment and making a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.More specifically, you will:Welcoming patients and supporting them through appointment bookings and enquiriesBooking, confirming, and managing patient appointments and diaries to support a smooth and positive patient experienceReceiving and processing patient referrals with care and attentionManaging administrative processes and documentation with efficiency and attention to detailSupporting billing, fee estimates, and payments, including Medicare and private health funds, with a patient‐focused approachYou'll play an important role in creating a warm, respectful,
