An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Crane Supervisor / Sales Manager to join a well-established mobile crane company servicing major infrastructure, construction, industrial, and civil projects throughout Sydney.This is a unique role combining operational leadership, project management, and business development, making it ideal for an industry professional with strong technical crane knowledge and an established network within the Sydney market.Based from our Sydney office, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring crane operations are completed safely and efficiently.What's on OfferSalary package of $150,000 - $170,000 + SuperFully maintained company vehiclePerformance incentives / bonus structurePermanent full-time positionOpportunity to work on major infrastructure and lifting projectsCareer progression within a growing businessSupportive leadership team and up-to-date fleetKey ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDevelop new business opportunities across construction, civil, infrastructure, industrial, and mining sectorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with builders, project managers, and contractorsPrepare quotations, tenders, lift proposals,
and project costingsFollow up enquiries and convert opportunities into projectsMaintain and grow existing customer accountsOperations & SupervisionCoordinate and supervise mobile crane operationsWork closely with Crane Operators, Dogmen, Riggers, and project teamsDevelop lift plans and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficientlyManage labour allocation, equipment scheduling, and project timelinesEnsure compliance with WHS legislation and company safety standardsAbout YouMinimum 10 years' experience within the mobile crane industryPrevious experience in supervision, operations, sales, or project managementStrong industry network and established contacts across SydneyExtensive knowledge of mobile cranes and lifting operationsExperience with estimating, quotations, and project costingsExcellent customer relationship and negotiation skillsSound understanding of WHS/OHS requirementsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesHigh Risk Work Licence, Dogging, or Rigging tickets highly regardedWhy Join Us?
