Service Coordinator / Scheduler – HVAC (Rapid-Paced Team)As our Service Coordinator / Scheduler, you will take ownership of the daily flow of jobs across our technician & installation team.This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where your ability to stay organised, make decisions, and follow through will directly impact how efficiently the business runs.On a day-to-day basis, you will:Schedule and coordinate technician workloads to maximise efficiency and minimise downtimeEnsure the right technician is allocated to the right job based on skill, location, and urgencyManage job statuses within SIMPRO, ensuring all jobs are accurate, up to date, and progressingFollow up incomplete or unclear job notes with technicians to ensure quality and accuracyChase parts, suppliers,



and outstanding information to keep jobs moving forwardIdentify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact scheduling or customer outcomesCommunicate clearly with technicians and office staff to keep everyone alignedEnsure no jobs fall through the cracks — maintaining full visibility across all active workYou will be expected to take ownership of your role, manage multiple moving parts at once, and maintain control of the workflow even during busy periods.This role plays a critical part in ensuring our technicians are productive, our jobs run smoothly, and our customers receive a high level of service.
