D&K; Brothers is currently seeking 2 experienced Demi Chefs to join our kitchen team at Manly Leagues Club.This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated chefs who enjoy working in a busy club bistro environment and want to build a reliable, long-term career with an established hospitality group.About the RoleAs a Demi Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality meals while maintaining efficient kitchen operations.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing and cooking menu items to a consistently high standardManaging your allocated kitchen section during serviceAssisting with food preparation, portion control and stock rotationMaintaining food quality, presentation and service speedFollowing food safety, hygiene and workplace safety proceduresSupporting senior chefs with daily kitchen operationsAssisting with receiving, storing and organising kitchen suppliesMinimising food waste and helping control food costsWorking effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teamsMaintaining a clean, organised and professional work areaAbout YouWe are looking for candidates who have:Previous experience as a Demi Chef,
