You'll be at the centre of a live continuous improvement and strategic growth program, working across divisions to help bring two recently merged businesses together and drive a broader "always growing" strategic agenda.
You'll have real visibility, real influence, and the chance to shape how change actually gets delivered.What you'll be doingProject managing a portfolio of continuous improvement and strategic growth initiatives, including merger and integration work bringing divisions togetherManaging group-wide improvement projects as allocated through the PMOBuilding and running project schedules, budgets, and resourcing plansLeading program meetings, tracking actions, and keeping momentum across multiple workstreamsCoaching and upskilling managers who are new to structured project deliveryPartnering closely with senior leaders, including GM and Managing Director level stakeholders,



to keep programs aligned to broader business goalsMonitoring project spend and stepping in with corrective action when neededPreparing reporting and analysis for leadership and key stakeholdersWhat we're looking forStrong project or program management experience gained within complex, multi-site organisationsPrior exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or business integration projects highly regardedPMO experience, or comfort operating within a structured project environmentA natural relationship builder who can win credibility quickly with people at every level, from frontline managers to executivesSomeone hands-on and delivery-focused, happy to roll up their sleeves and help others get things doneResilience and adaptability; you're comfortable working through ambiguity and competing prioritiesConfidence using tools like Monday.com or similar platforms, plus strong Microsoft Office skillsWhy this one's worth a lookYou'll be joining at a pivotal moment, with the chance to leave a visible mark on how a growing organisation navigates change.
