We're looking for experienced In Home Care Workers to support a range of clients across our region, from those needing hands-on personal care, to those who mainly need help around the house, transport, or someone to check in and connect with.A typical shift looks like this:Drive between 2–5 client homes across your area (Ipswich, Gatton, Lockyer Valley)Home help: light cleaning, laundry, meal prep, tidying - the tasks that keep a home safe and liveablePersonal care where needed: showering, dressing, continence care, hoisting/transfers, medication promptsCompanionship: conversation, community outings, transport to appointments, genuine connectionPaid travel timeEvery client's needs are different — some shifts are mostly home help and company, others are more clinical.

not a call centreOngoing training and support to build your confidence and skills on the jobYou're not just doing a job, you're the person who keeps a client safe, independent and connected in their own home, and that's valued hereAbout youCertificate III or higher in Individual Support (or equivalent)1+ years' experience in aged care, hospital, disability or community careComfortable with home help duties: cleaning, laundry, meal prep, as a core part of the role, not an occasional extraConfident with personal care, manual handling and hoisting for clients who need itHappy to drive between client homes across a shift (own reliable car essential)Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card and National Police Check (or willing to obtain before starting)Current First Aid accreditationNursing and paramedicine students welcomeThe impact you'll haveWhether it's a clean, comfortable home to come back to, a proper meal, help getting to an appointment, or simply someone to talk to, you're often the most consistent person in a client's week, helping them stay protected, independent and connected in the home they love.
