We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Manufacturing Team Leader to join the team based out of Wagga Wagga, New South Wales!

These beloved products include condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy, meals, meats, refreshment beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and numerous other grocery products in a portfolio of more than 200 legacy and emerging brands.Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:Lead safe shift executionby ensuring all team members follow site safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), walkway rules, and safe work practicesPromote a robust safety cultureby calling out unsafe behaviours, coaching on the spot, and escalating risks before incidents occurOwn food safety and quality standardsby ensuring hygiene, housekeeping, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements are consistently followedIdentify and reduce quality risksby spotting potential issues early, preventing defects,



and helping minimise complaints and reworkCoordinate preparation and cleaning activitiesto keep operations running smoothly while meeting safety and quality expectationsEnsure only compliant product is madeby preventing non-conforming product from being prepared or released within the factorySupport audits and continuous improvement forumsby participating in internal audits, food safety committees, and sanitary design activitiesManage shift-to-shift communicationby sharing key updates between morning and night shifts and closing gaps in training and standards adherenceRun daily operational rhythm and escalationby facilitating shift meetings, reviewing the last 24 hours' performance, and escalating support needs quicklyDrive performance and problem-solvingby recording downtime, improving throughput and OEE, reducing waste/top losses, and leading root-cause investigations (e.g., 5 Whys/RCFA)About you:Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and similar databases.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to uplift others and collaborate effectively.Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products.Forklift license with F Endorsement (Preferred)Eligibility to work in Australia – with full working rights.Why Join Us?
