Wellspace Australia is seeking a motivated and capable Administration & Intake Trainee to join our remote national team while completing a Certificate III in Business.This is a genuine entry-level opportunity for someone who learns quickly, takes initiative and is excited to develop broad experience across administration, participant intake, customer service, recruitment, marketing, compliance and business operations.No previous experience is required.

Mature-age trainees and career changers are encouraged to apply.About Wellspace AustraliaWellspace Australia is a nationally registered NDIS provider specialising exclusively in Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.Supporting almost 1,200 participants across Australia, we operate through a fully remote national model and are committed to helping people with disability achieve greater choice, independence and quality of life.As our organisation continues to grow, we are excited to invest in the right person and support them to build a rewarding career with Wellspace.About the RoleThis is a varied, hands-on traineeship offering the opportunity to learn many different aspects of a successful national organisation.With comprehensive training, mentoring and guidance, you will gradually build confidence, develop valuable business skills and take on greater responsibility.Your role will include assisting with:Referrals, Intake and Customer ServiceAnswering reception calls and communicating professionally with participants, families, providers and stakeholdersMonitoring shared inboxes and following up enquiries and requestsAssisting with participant referrals,



intake and allocationsGathering information and maintaining accurate participant recordsSupporting positive relationships with participants and referral partnersRecruitment and Team Member OnboardingAssisting with recruitment campaigns and job advertisementsReviewing applications and resumesConducting initial telephone screenings with guidanceCoordinating interviews, reference checks and onboarding activitiesCompleting administrative and compliance checks for new team membersMarketing and CommunicationsPreparing and publishing social media contentAssisting with Canva designs, promotional materials and business resourcesSupporting marketing, networking and referral-generation activitiesHelping maintain a professional and consistent Wellspace presence across social media platformsAdministration and Business OperationsPreparing, formatting and checking documents and correspondenceManaging data entry, spreadsheets, records and registersPreparing meeting agendas and taking minutesAssisting with quality, compliance and continuous improvement activitiesSupporting basic invoicing, accounts administration and reportingAssisting managers and team members with daily tasks and projectsHelping wherever required to support the smooth operation of the organisationThis is a true all-rounder role.
