The Facility
A 305 bed facility and main referral hospital for Central Queensland; now boasting state of the art medical equipment.
The hospital has a strong emphasis on training and career development.




The facility recently gained accreditation for training in Emergency as well as being accredited for training in general surgery, anaesthetics, intensive care, general medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology and psychiatry.
The Requirements
MBBS and Current General registration with AHPRA (Preferred)
Minimum two years' practice within the Australian healthcare system.
(Preferred)
Experience and qualifications in General Medicine (Preferred)
If qualifications have been obtained overseas:
MBBS or equivalent to enable registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) at Level 3 supervision.
Evidence of IELTS or equivalent English Language test results within the last year.
Evidence of successful completion AMC MCQ (part 1) examination.
