You will be the first point of contact for Members, handling phone enquiries and providing admin support to deliver outstanding service.You'll build trusted relationships, assist with everyday banking needs, and promote our products and digital solutions.
This is a full time role with hybrid work options, Saturday mornings as required, and commitment to Member wellbeing and learning.
