The Early Learning Hub, part of the Early Learners Of (ELO) Group is seeking multiple talented Early Childhood Teachers to join our dedicated team in Picton.As a full time Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years, supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our reputable early learning centres.What you'll be doingPlan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning FrameworkCreate a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters children's curiosity and love of learningObserve, document, and assess children's progress, using this information to individualise learning experiencesBuild strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider communityCollaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and the overall learning environmentEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and proceduresWhat we're looking forA Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualificationDemonstrated experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, preferably in a long day care or preschool settingStrong understanding of child development and pedagogical best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
