Due to continued growth, healthy patient books and increasing demand across all locations, the group is now looking to recruit up to three Dentists to maximise chair utilisation and continue delivering exceptional care to the local community.
As the business has expanded, the owners have recently appointed an experienced Operations Manager to further streamline systems, improve workflows and support the continued growth of the organisation.
Their long-term vision is to gradually step back from day-to-day clinical responsibilities and continue building a high-performing team of associate dentists.
