We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Buyers Agent Assistant to support our property acquisitions team through the post exchange phase and beyond.
The role ensures every transaction runs smoothly-from managing critical documentation and liaising with agents and property managers to curating qualified property presentations for clients.
Buyers Agency Experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Receive deal details immediately after exchange and organise all related documentation
Create and maintain deal folder (contracts, valuations, inspections, correspondence, etc)
Book building and pest inspectors promptly, ensure client is copied in and manages payment
