Hospital Products Australia – Tamworth NSWHospital Products Australia (HPA) is a leading supplier of innovative medical equipment and healthcare technology solutions to hospitals and healthcare providers across Australia.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Service Technician to join our team specifically to service the Hunter Current England LHD.This is a hands‐on, customer-facing role where you'll be the frontline technical support for our healthcare clients—installing, servicing, commissioning and supporting a range of technology devices used in clinical environments.The purpose of the Service Technician (Regional NSW) position is to work closely with the Healthcare Technology Sales team located in New South Wales to develop HPA's presence and client base in NSW along with supporting our current clients in the territory.
This role will see you responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our current customer base and new customers.About the RoleWorking closely with our Sales, Product Specialists and Service teams, you will:Provide high-quality service, fault finding and technical support to customersInstall, commission and maintain healthcare technology equipmentSupport product training and in‐service education for clientsLog, track and manage service requests to resolutionAssist with warehouse, logistics and equipment preparation as requiredEnsure compliance with WHS, ISO standards and regulatory requirementsTravel to customer sites across NSW (with occasional interstate travel)
