Both full time and part time applications will be considered.The RoleIn this role, you will:Design and deliver learning experiences that cater to the physical, social, and cognitive needs of studentsFoster a safe and engaging learning environment by implementing proactive and effective practices that support student wellbeingDemonstrate solid organisational and administrative skills, including delivering effective assessment and learning programs, maintaining accurate records, and using relevant data to inform practice within established timeframesApply pedagogical expertise and demonstrate a strong understanding of how students learn, using this knowledge to enrich engagement, understanding, and academic growth in MathematicsModel creativity, initiative,



and team-oriented practice within and beyond the school communityProvide regular and timely feedback to students and their families regarding progress, achievements and engagement with learning.Undertake other duties as assigned by the Principal or delegateAbout YouWith the ability to drive and facilitate a deep love of learning in students, your Christian faith will be evident in your ability to integrate an authentic Biblical worldview into student learning experiences and our community.
Along with NESA accreditation and a current Working with Children Check number, you will be able to demonstrate the following:A personal teaching philosophy that includes a strong commitment to Christian educationThat you are a committed Christian, actively involved in your local churchA strong desire to facilitate a love of learning in your students through collaborative, innovative and effective practiceA commitment to excellence and a thorough understanding of relevant syllabusesA desire to work as part of an effective and collegial staff teamExperience in Stage 6 course is desirable, though not essential.
