Tetris specialises in the recruitment and provision of industry specific and skilled labour to clients across a range of sectors with a focus on Warehousing, Logistics and Manufacturing.

and providing administrative supportBuilding and maintaining candidate databases and talent pipelinesConducting reference and background checks on potential candidatesProviding excellent customer service to both clients and candidatesEnsure candidate pool is sufficient focusing on quality and not quantity.Understand and build relationships with current and current clientele.Maintaining compliance standards across the boardContributing to the overall success of the recruitment team through proactive and diligent work.Position Requirements:Excellent work ethic, results driven and motivated to growExperience in either Customer Service roles or Recruitment Resourcing would be highly regardedStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and candidatesWillingness to progress in the company as we continue to expand/growA team player who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learnProven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.Comfort in working autonomously and in a team environmentAbility to multitask and switch between projects quicklyHigh attention to detailMust have a current Driver's License and own vehicle.With a strong focus on innovation and excellence, we have built a reputation for delivering exceptional results for our clients and candidates.
