Toowoomba Cardiac Centre provides comprehensive and compassionate care to improve the experience and outcomes for patients.As a team, we provide exceptional service to our patients with a caring nature and professionalism at all times.Duties include:Providing first line contact with patients in a friendly and courteous mannerAttending to general enquiries from patients and surgeriesPreparing and running our ClinicsPreparing admission paperwork, quotes, theatre listsLiaising with Hospitals, Anaesthetists,



Medicare & other health providersData entry and scanning of medical documentsProof reading of letter correspondence back to referring DoctorsIdeal candidate skills and attributes.Professionalism and confidentialityExcellent patient service and communication skillsA professional appearance and exceptional spoken and written EnglishA team player who is always happy to help their colleaguesKnowledge of health fund billing, Medicare & DVAPunctuality and being flexible with hours (when needed)Being able to prioritise, being highly organised and thinking one step aheadWe are looking for qualities of loyalty and longevity to join our small fabulous caring TeamRemuneration is negotiable based on experience.
