An prospect exists for a reliable full-time Warehouse Store Person for an immediate start to join our small & diverse team, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.This is a hands-on role and some heavy lifting will be required.
You'll play a vital part in our warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods whilst maintaining the highest standards of organisation and safety within our warehouse environment.Key responsibilitiesOrder Assembly, ensuring the accuracy of picked goods from picking slip.
Ensuring the integrity of all outgoing goodsUnloading goods from containers & checking them against packing lists.Operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other materials handling equipment safely and responsiblyStock rotation, ensuring stocks held in the warehouse are rotated on a FIFO basis & assist with stock takes as requiredReceiving, picking,



packing & dispatching ecommerce orders including administrationMaintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety policiesSupporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivityProvide support to both the Leading Hand & Warehouse Manager as a high priority.What we're looking forProven experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre or similar logistics environmentForklift licence (LF) essential.Strong attention to detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyPhysically fit for performing manual handling tasks and work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a small teamA commitment to health and safety procedures and best practicesReliability and a strong work ethic with a positive attitudeWhat we offerWe offer competitive remuneration, a supportive & inclusive work environment, and opportunities for personal growth within our small & growing operations.
