Technicians and Parts Departments to gather warranty informationMonitoring claim progress and following up to ensure timely resolutionsMaintaining accurate records of approvals, rejections and reimbursementsAssisting customers with warranty-related enquiries in a skilled mannerSupporting dealership teams in maintaining efficient warranty operationsRemaining up to date with Mercedes-Benz warranty policies and proceduresDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous experience in dealership warranty administrationMercedes-Benz, a luxury automotive brand, is highly regardedExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong computer literacy and experience using dealership systemsA current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites as requiredThere is no closing date for this position.
