You will own retailer relationships, drive the sales and marketing calendar, and connect our premium brand to the buying desks of Australia's major food retailers.
You will report directly to the Head ofCommercialwith a clear line of sight to the CEO and SLT.DutiesManage day-to-day relationships with retailer buying and marketing teamsDrive the promotional calendar end-to-end: planning, submissions, and in-store activationLead range reviewandjoint business planning with category insightsCollaborate with an external creative agency on trade marketing and brand activationMonitor competitor activity and market trends using category data toolsSkills & experience5+ years' experience in FMCG, fresh produce,



or a major retailer supplier environmentSolid understanding of Coles, Woolworths, or independent retailer systems and processesCommercial acumen across margin, trade spend, and range review processesStrong communicator — confident presenting to buyers and aligning with operationsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationshipsCulturePeople enjoy working in this team because the growth agenda is real and the access to leadership is genuine.
