Reporting to the NSW/ACT State Manager, this role provides leadership to field-based employees while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client, quality, and operational requirements.What you'll be doing:Leading, mentoring and developing internal delivery teams while promoting a strong safety cultureManaging day-to-day field operations, workforce allocation and project prioritiesProviding technical support and guidance to field personnel and subcontractorsSupporting project planning and delivery alongside project managers and stakeholdersOverseeing workforce compliance, scheduling, competency requirements and team performanceDriving quality,
