We are a technology-driven facilities management company that believes exceptional service comes from exceptional people, systems and processes.
If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, leveraging technology and continually improving your skills, we will provide the mentoring, systems and support to help you become an outstanding Building Manager.
The Role
Are you driven to grow and develop yourself both professionally and personally?
Following onboarding and training, you will take ownership of a high-quality residential and mixed-use asset in Sydney.

With support from your team, you will provide outstanding service to building residents, committee members, strata managers, contractors and colleagues, and grow professionally and personally.
We are seeking a Building Manager with approximately 1–3 years' experience in building, facilities, strata, property, or a related customer-facing environment.
You may already be managing a small site or assisting a senior Building Manager and are now looking to take the next step in your career.
Who do we want?

Can you build rapport quickly with residents, contractors, committee members and colleagues while maintaining professionalism and authority?

Do you excel at building trust and educating your clients to make the best decisions for their assets?
Do you have excellent client service skills and a desire to help others?
Excellent Communicators: Can you write professional emails, prepare clear reports and confidently communicate with owners, committee members, strata managers and contractors?
Do people regularly compliment your communication skills?
Technology Enthusiasts:
Are you naturally comfortable with technology and software?
Can you quickly learn new systems, maintain accurate records, troubleshoot basic issues and leverage technology to improve efficiency?
Do you take pride in data accuracy and well-organised digital records?
Calm Under Pressure: Can you confidently navigate competing stakeholder interests while remaining professional, respectful and solutions-focused?
Are you able to handle difficult conversations without becoming defensive or emotional?
Confident Decision Makers: Are you comfortable taking ownership and making decisions when required?
Can you gather information, assess risks and recommend practical solutions without excessive supervision?
Positive and Solutions Focused: Do you naturally focus on solutions rather than problems?
Can you maintain a positive and professional attitude when things don't go according to plan?
Problem Solvers: Do you enjoy identifying the root cause of issues rather than applying quick fixes?
Can you evaluate options and implement sustainable solutions that prevent problems from recurring?
Life Learners: Do you seek out your weaknesses and continually seek self-improvement?
Do you have a passion to learn and continually build your skills?
What will you do?
This role is ideal for a Building Manager with 1–3 years' experience who wants to join a high-performing team and accelerate their development far beyond what is typically available in a traditional onsite building management role.
You will work closely with residents, committee members, strata managers and contractors to identify opportunities, solve problems and continually improve the performance of the building and the experience of its occupants.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing contractors and coordinating reactive, preventative and project-based maintenance works.
Building trusted relationships with residents, committee members, strata managers and service providers.
Conducting building inspections, identifying risks and opportunities,
and preparing professional reports and recommendations.
Managing building assets and maintenance programs to maximise reliability, longevity and value.
Maintaining accurate records and leveraging industry-leading technology platforms to drive efficient service delivery.
Managing approved expenditure and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Identifying opportunities to improve building operations, resident satisfaction and long-term asset performance.
What will we give you?
Unlike many building management roles, you will not be left isolated in a building with little support.
You will work as part of a highly collaborative team that shares knowledge, solves problems together and actively invests in each other's development.
You will receive unparalleled support, training, and development opportunities.
We actively promote from within.
High-performing Building Managers are given increased responsibility, exposure to larger and more complex assets, project management opportunities and leadership pathways as they develop.
We will give you the support and training to achieve a work-life balance that allows you to focus deeply on your goals, without the distraction of an unsustainable workload.
We will help you to thrive in an environment where the team you join improves business processes, client service delivery, and each other's potential.
You will be given the opportunities you seek to innovate for our clients and for the business.
You will be given the freedom to express and trial your ideas to improve quality and achieve excellence.
You will get to work with a diverse team of individuals with skills in a broad range of areas, in a way that leverages these skills to improve the team's performance together.
You will have the opportunity to become a member of an incredible team of high-calibre individuals who support, teach, and learn from each other.
You Will Enjoy This Role If...
You enjoy solving problems rather than complaining about them.
You genuinely like helping people.
You are confident using technology and learning new systems.
You take pride in producing high-quality work.
You are organised and detail-oriented.
You enjoy autonomy but appreciate being part of a supportive team.
You are curious and committed to continual self-improvement.
