This is a hands‐on position suited to someone who enjoys being on the factory floor, coaching leaders, engaging with employees, and ensuring safety systems are embedded into everyday operations.Regular travel between NSW sites forms part of the role, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and building relationships across different teams.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct workplace inspections, safety audits and risk assessments across multiple manufacturing sitesSupport incident investigations, identify root causes and implement corrective actionsDeliver site inductions, toolbox talks and WHS training to employees and contractorsAssist in maintaining and improving the company's WHS Management SystemMonitor safety performance and prepare reports on key WHS metrics and trendsPartner with operational leaders to promote a proactive safety cultureDevelop and review Protected Work Procedures,
