One minute you'll be helping a patient book an appointment, the next you'll be coordinating our nationwide nursing network or supporting one of our clinic partners.If you enjoy solving problems, keeping things organised and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingCoordinate patient bookings and appointmentsAnswer phone and email enquiriesLiaise with patients,



nurses and clinic partnersSchedule and manage mobile pathology collectionsFollow up outstanding bookings and enquiriesKeep patient records accurate and up to dateAssist with day-to-day operations and administrationHelp improve internal processes as we continue to growAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is:Friendly, skilled and approachableHighly organised with excellent attention to detailComfortable managing multiple prioritiesA confident communicator over phone and emailProactive and able to take ownership of tasksA quick learner who enjoys new challengesReliable and enjoys working as part of a small teamHealthcare or medical experience is a bonus, but not essential.
