About the role
We are seeking a
Furniture Delivery Driver
to join our team working Thursday and Friday, based in
Kenwick, Western Australia
.
This role is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring that furniture and large items are delivered safely and professionally to our customers, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service whilst managing the safe transportation and delivery of furniture items across the region.
Key responsibilities
Operate a delivery vehicle to transport furniture and large items to customer destinations in a safe and timely manner
Carefully load, secure and unload furniture items using appropriate techniques and equipment to prevent damage
Navigate routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and customer time windows
Provide professional and courteous customer service at each delivery point
Obtain customer signatures and complete delivery documentation accurately
Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery progress, delays or issues
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the delivery vehicle
Adhere to all road safety regulations, company policies and health and safety requirements
Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues professionally
What we're looking for
A current, valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated (Australian State-based licence required) car licence is fine but must be comfortable driving a truck that can be driven on a car licence




Proven experience in furniture delivery or a similar logistics/transport role
Physical capability to load, unload and manoeuvre furniture items safely
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliability and punctuality with the ability to meet delivery schedules
Ability to read and follow delivery instructions
A clean driving record and professional approach to vehicle operation
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and route requirements
Experience with delivery tracking systems and mobile technology is desirable
