InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the bar team and deliver exceptional guest experiences on Australia's iconic coastline.
You will report to the Restaurant Manager, drive service standards, and mentor colleagues across shifts.This role requires robust beverage knowledge, a passion for wine and spirits, and a hands-on approach to rostering, stock control, and guest relations.
A valid RSA and flexibility to work a 24/7 roster are essential.
